MY STORY

I’m Tim, a globetrotting storyteller with two decades of experience across a multitude of brand marketing communications and media roles. I’ve worked for major sports brands (Salomon and Callaway Golf) and media outlets (magazine, radio, TV, newspaper) in the US, Australia and Europe. My journey has taken me from Massachusetts to San Diego, California to Melbourne, Australia to a little town called Annecy in the French Alps, plus a few other stops.

Now, I do my own thing for clients who need a little help solving creative puzzles and finding the best way to tell a story. I also do voiceover work and on-camera presenting.

I prefer when work is fun (who doesn’t, right?), which means collaborating with people who take what they do seriously (which I most certainly do), but not necessarily themselves (also me). WHY ‘TWIN THIEVES’?

The name Twin Thieves Media derives from a poem called “The Station” by Robert Hastings, which was shared to me by my father. Hastings writes that “regret and fear are twin thieves who rob us of today.” I always liked that. The mission of Twin Thieves Media is to work on projects we are passionate about with people we like and respect, and to operate without with fear or regret. Also, people seemed to think the name is pretty cool so I went with it.
